Tactical-level battlefield information is the core basis for decision-making and operations of grassroots combat units, and its quality directly affects mission success. However, traditional evaluation methods are overly complex, and existing optimization strategies lack targeting for the “lightweight operation and real-time decision-making” needs of grassroots units, leading to poor applicability in tactical scenarios. To address this, this study constructs a simplified evaluation framework for tactical-level battlefield information quality centered on three core dimensions (accuracy, timeliness, completeness), which simplifies indicators, weight determination (mission-adaptive table lookup method), and calculation processes to enable rapid evaluation within 5 minutes. Meanwhile, three low-cost optimization strategies are designed: multi-source information priority ranking, transmission link simplification and redundancy filtering, and information distortion compensation. Simulation verification in three typical tactical scenarios shows that the proposed framework and strategies significantly improve key indicators: the comprehensive timeliness score increases by 36.5%–44.3%, and the comprehensive accuracy score rises by 44.5%–47.2%. The research results are compatible with existing equipment and personnel capabilities of grassroots units, providing a practical solution for efficient information quality management in tactical scenarios and enhancing real-time decision-making capabilities of grassroots combat units.
