In March 2026, VIGINUM detected the existence of a new information manipulation set (IMS), referred to as Rokh Solis. VIGINUM’s investigations show that the campaign driven by this IMS meets the criteria of foreign digital interference. Four of the IMS’s websites show common technical features and benefit from coordinated amplification on TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook by accounts exhibiting with several markers of inauthenticity.
