As the Director of Development, you will play a key role in AJL’s growth, leading the design, implementation and continued development of our fundraising plan in support of our mission: Building a powerful movement for equitable and accountable Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Director of Development will design and scale fundraising programs, campaigns, and other development initiatives aimed at garnering philanthropic resources from existing and new funders. The success of these programs will further enable AJL to build the capacity needed to expand our work into new areas of impact, including expanding our flagship work on facial recognition technologies to their application in educational settings, and the use of AI in employment, healthcare, and transportation.
